The Promotion of The Power Transformer Cauldron Electromagnetic current transducer

1.There some fugitive magnetic currents in the transformer. The induction in the small strong transformers is too little; but as the power of the transformer gets higher, fugitive magnetic current amounts get higher. Normally, number of fugitive magnetic currents are higher ‘n the transformers that have 50 MVA or more. Unless specific measures are taken, the fugitive magnetic currents will complete the currents that pass through the cauldrons. Cauldrons’ walls are made from iron which has poor ability of conducting. Under this circumstances:

1.Transformer cauldrons loses will increase

2. Since the cauldron walls are hot, they will not help to cool down the transformer.

3. cauldron or radiator sizes will increase

4. Transformers will be much more heavy and expensive because more materials will be needed.

5. Transportation of the transformers will be difficult

6. There will occur gas molecules in the cooling oil because of the increase of the heat on the cauldron’s walls. This will effect the cooling oil’s activity. These events can cause problems for the company indeed. The electromagnetic current transducer protects the transformer from all these situations; in other words it is possible to minimize all the problems that are mentioned above by using the electromagnetic current transducer.
